All payments are processed securely through PayPal under our business name NextGen Media Solutions. This name may appear on your PayPal statement. Payments are non-refundable after service delivery.

All orders are processed automatically through third-party API providers. We do not guarantee delivery time, engagement retention, or specific performance outcomes. Delivery times may vary based on provider status.
4️⃣ Responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate order information. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect data submitted during ordering.
5️⃣ Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SmartGenPanel account credentials.
6️⃣ Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are provided as balance credits to your SmartGenPanel account in case of undelivered or canceled orders. No refunds are issued to original payment methods unless stated otherwise.
7️⃣ Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any losses, bans, or account suspensions resulting from the use of our services. You use our services at your own risk.
